Job Description:

This position requires a strong understanding of federal regulations and compliance procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in diversity program development and management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • · Developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in procurement practices.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal regulations and requirements.
  • Representing IndyGo at industry events and conferences to promote the organization's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Developing and presenting training programs to educate vendors and suppliers on the importance of diversity and inclusion.
  • Analyzing data and reporting on progress towards diversity and inclusion goals.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, management, leadership, or a related field. Or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background. A master's degree or professional certification as a Certified Professional in Supply Diversity, preferred.

A minimum of two years of relevant compliance or procurement work experience or diversity program development or management preferred. Experience as a data analyst preferred. Program management experience preferred. Federal regulatory experience desired but not required.

Salary:$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision (effective on the 1st of the month 30 days after the start date), free on-site wellness clinic for employees and their families, retirement plan (401A and 457B), tuition reimbursement, free IndyGo transportation for employees and their families, and Federal Loan Forgiveness Program.
