About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Social Worker to join our team at KIDSTEPS early intervention program. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the development and implementation of activities that promote positive outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess children and families to plan, develop, and implement curriculums and Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that meet the unique needs of young children and their families.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
  • Perform the functions of a service coordinator, ensuring that Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served and meet state-established standards.
Requirements
  • Current state license for LCSW.
  • Valid Connecticut licensure or certification per CT State Birth to Three professional regulations.
  • Master of Social Work from an accredited school.
  • Valid United States driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
  • Internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.
