Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing early intervention services to children and their families.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will conduct evaluations and assessments, develop individualized family service plans (IFSPs), and provide EI supports to families for the benefit of the child. This is a part-time or full-time position, and the service location includes East Haven, New Haven, and West Haven.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized family service plans (IFSPs) to meet the needs of children and their families
  • Provide EI supports to families for the benefit of the child
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to early intervention
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate of Social Work
  • Licensed by Department of Public Health
  • LCSW required
  • Valid Connecticut driver's license
  • One year of experience working with children in early intervention
