Qualifications for a Friendly Senior Living LPN:
  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Possession of a valid NYS LPN License.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.
  • Administer medications after completing orientation to the medication administration procedures.
  • Identify and report any signs and symptoms observed in residents during daily care; document observations in the medical record after proper training.
  • Ensure adequate hydration for residents who are unable to drink independently.
