Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treating wounds, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and train Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Valid NY State LPN license.
  • Good standing with the State Registry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
