Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Eden Senior Care. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
  • Direct the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians and perform other drug administration tasks.
  • Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors, and family members.
  • Complete required record-keeping upon residents' admission, discharge, and transfer, and chart and document per facility policy.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Hold a current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting.
  • A natural problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills.
