Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex electrical systems, including fire alarm and life safety systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to ensure accurate and efficient service
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Participate in on-call rotations and assist with training and mentoring of new team members
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of our team
- 5+ years of experience in low voltage electrical systems, including fire alarm and life safety systems
- Valid Fire Alarm License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight travel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to learn quickly
- Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements
- Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test
- NICET Level II certification
