Job Summary:

As a Roofing Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising multiple production/service crews to plan and execute successful projects. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager to order project materials, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of multiple crews to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate with Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager to order project materials and manage inventory
  • Conduct pre-job and post-job inspections to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork
  • Communicate effectively with customers and employees
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing industry
  • Leadership, management, and project management skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and email
  • Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
