Job Title:
Data Intelligence Specialist - Engineer, Data Lead (Hybrid)

Purpose:
Lead Data Engineer to manage cloud/on-premise big data infrastructure, focusing on reliability, automation, and performance. Transform platforms for data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

20%:
Design, configure, and manage Data Integration Framework. Develop best practices for performance and reliability.

20%:
Maintain infrastructure systems (data warehouses, data lakes) and data access APIs.

5%:
Model Data Warehouse solutions (cloud/on-premise); understand Dimensional Modeling, De-normalized Data Structures, OLAP.

5%:
Oversee data initiatives, support ELT/ETL activities, create data collection frameworks.

10%:
Analyze data with statistical techniques, provide reports, support key projects.

5%:
Enhance job knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. Additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Experience:
8 years in data engineering, leading teams, implementing ETL/ELT solutions. Developing and updating ETL/ELT scripts, application development, relational databases, and data modeling.

Preferred Qualifications:
ETL Design (AbInitio) Data Integration (Hadoop, Cloudera) AWS and MongoDB experience Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, Python Database design and data movement concepts Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to lead technical teams Flexibility to work in fast-paced environments with changing priorities Excellent customer service skills

Other Requirements:
Disclose any debarment from Federal health care programs. Meet deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands.
