Job Title: Information Systems Security Officer

Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to join our team. As an ISSO, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our classified computing environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply cybersecurity standards, directives, and policies to classified computing environments to effectively manage security aspects and day-to-day security operations of assigned systems.
  • Collaborate with other business units and staff in Security, IT, and other organizations to develop and implement efficient and appropriate technology, user training, processes, procedures, and compliance programs.
  • Perform tasks related to compliance of Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) Plans, including audit log review, security patching, software and hardware configuration management.
  • Assist in the preparation of eMASS records and maintenance of security Assessment and Authorization documentation, including participation in system categorization.
  • Ensure system security measures comply with applicable government policies and provide configuration management and accurate assessment of the impact of modifications and vulnerabilities for each system.
  • Participate in reviews and technical inspections to identify and mitigate potential security weaknesses and ensure that all security features applied to a system are implemented and functional.
  • Prepare and conduct RMF and Cybersecurity briefings for senior government leaders.
Requirements:
  • Experience with certifying compliance of various operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • IAM II Certification.
  • Experience with Cloud and Network appliances.
  • Experience with NIST SP 800 series and DODI/D 8500 series.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently, with excellent problem-solving skills, organization, flexibility, and self-motivation.
  • Must have at least secret level security clearance.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience as a DOD AISSO and/or ISSO.
