**Job Summary**

Atlas is a nationwide leader in civil engineering, materials testing and geotechnical consulting services for environmental, industrial and infrastructure construction projects. We are seeking an Environmental Consultant and Client Service Manager to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

Expand air quality and field services primarily in Midstream and Upstream business sectors with secondary consideration to Refining, Chemical and Petrochemical markets.

Identify opportunities to grow business, via either an expansion of services being provided to key clients, the incorporation of new clients, or both.

Manage delivery of revenue, cost management and client satisfaction metrics.

Support selling NSR permitting, environmental compliance, and IM&S field services.

Recognize revenue generation goals and potential utilization expectations.

**Requirements**

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science or other related science field.

10+ years of experience in Environmental field.

Leadership skills with goals, performance measures and mentoring technical staff.

Budgeting and cost skills.

Negotiating skills.

Exceptional communication skills.
