We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 193. As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients while contributing to our organization's growth and success.


Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $64,000 - $84,000, based on experience and licensure level. You will also have the opportunity to earn a percentage of every client session based on your licensure level.


Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide empathetic and effective support to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 28 client hours per week.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications and Skills
  • A master's degree in a relevant field and progress toward licensure.
  • Experience with treatment planning, case management, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain professional boundaries.
  • Comfortable working with diverse populations.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Records.
