Salary$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experienceThis salary range reflects the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages that reflect the skills and qualifications of our team members.
Job DescriptionAs a licensed therapist, you will be responsible for providing cutting-edge evidence-based treatment to our clients. This may include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, DBT-S, and other approaches. You will also have opportunities to lead group therapies, including anger management, substance recovery, and moral reconation therapy. We are committed to ongoing training and professional development, ensuring that you have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development
- Masters degree in social work or mental health counseling
- Licensed or license-eligible as LICSW or LCMHC in the State of NH
- Strong background in evidence-based treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
