About the Role

Parallel Markets is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our operations team as an Accreditations Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing accreditation applications, authenticating documentation, and evaluating customer risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review accreditation applications to confirm the applicant meets SEC accreditation verification requirements
  • Authenticate documentation, verify applicant identity, and evaluate customer risk
  • Communicate with applicants as needed to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Work closely with customers to answer questions and resolve issues in a manner that promotes customer satisfaction and retention
  • Assist in sanctions review, evaluating user matches in accordance with KYC/AML and CDD protocols
Requirements
  • Highly detail-oriented and attentive

  • Previous experience collecting/reviewing proof of income documentation, proof of net worth documentation, legal agreements, government IDs, and/or other official documents a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • A background in financial compliance or knowledge of financial laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of Reg D 506(c) offerings
  • Experience helping non-technical people navigate technical solutions
  • Experience working with online equity platforms
