Your Role
As a Senior Inhouse Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. You will work closely with our marketing, HR, and finance teams to ensure that our employer brand is consistently represented across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Manage and maintain our applicant tracking system
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top candidates
