Sales Team Support Specialist

Job Overview
The NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join its Private Label and Mass Division team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily sales activities of the sales team.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually, based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with key accounts and buying assistants in the discount sector.
- Assist the sales team with all preparation work for meetings and presentations, including creating decks and picture packages.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Responsible for market planning and logistics in the discount sector, including appointment scheduling and showroom setup.
- Sample management, including inbound and outbound from factory and customers in the discount division.
- Prepare and maintain showrooms for season markets.
Requirements
