Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary administrative processor.

• Support account management personnel by addressing fundamental client issues in their absence.

Qualifications for Success
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and software.
• Strong customer service aptitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building enduring relationships.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal and external clients, business partners, and insurance carriers.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
• Minimum of 2 years in account service, with preference for candidates with experience in commercial and/or personal insurance products.

• Property & Casualty license from state of domicile preferred; however, candidates must be able to obtain their insurance license within 90 days of hire.
