We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Medical City Arlington. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic images using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology.

Responsibilities

Our Diagnostic Imaging Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Positioning and preparing patients for exams according to the type of procedure to be performed.
  • Implementing patient orders and ensuring accurate and timely completion of exams.
  • Assisting with transporting patients and explaining procedures to patients and addressing their concerns.
  • Operating stationary equipment and/or portable equipment used in the Emergency Department, Operating Room, and at the patient bedside.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current License as an MRI Tech by ARMRIT or ARRT (MR) required.
  • A current Healthcare Provider BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
  • A graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician.
  • Vocational School Graduate.
  • Experience in performing all MRI procedures.
  • Two (2) years' experience as an MRI Technologist preferred.
