  • Patient Experience
    • Engage patients by providing empathetic and personalized care, ensuring a positive experience.
    • Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and joyful patient experience.
    • Connect with patients by anticipating their needs and proactively offering services, promoting the shift from transactional to interpersonal pharmacy services.
  • Operations
    • Counsel patients and answer questions regarding medication usage, side effects, interactions, and contraindications.
    • Perform pharmacist tasks, including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
    • Review, interpret, and accurately dispense prescribed medications, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
    • Manage pharmacy operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
  • People & Performance Management
    • Collaborate with Store Manager to establish expectations and goals, promote teamwork, and foster a shared vision.
    • Monitor and recognize improvements in pharmacy staff performance, implementing rewards programs and conducting formal performance reviews.
    • Identify high-potential team members and proactively collaborate with Store Manager to manage career progression.
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
  • Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
  • At least 1 year pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and insurance billing.
