About the Role

Blick Art Materials is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Sales Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by combining sales, product knowledge, and other skills training to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Complete and utilize various programs, including Blick Onboarding Training, Blick Sales Training, and Preferred Customer Program
  • Display a positive and energetic attitude with all customer interactions
  • Assist in coordinating merchandise set-ups, maintain visual standards, and implement store displays as directed by store management
  • Follow directions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Requirements

  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including day/evening shifts and holidays as required
