The Operations department is a dynamic and diverse sector that collaborates with all facets of the firm to deliver banking, securities, and asset management services to clients globally. For every new product launched and every transaction executed, Operations develops and manages the processes and controls that facilitate business operations.

The Equities Client Integration team is essential to the Global Banking & Markets Operations. This team focuses on the onboarding of new Equities clients worldwide, emphasizing efficiency, a positive client experience, and seamless end-to-end processing. By engaging with clients and gathering internal data, the team ensures that all pre-trade requirements are met, leading to effective trade execution, post-trade settlements, and reporting. Client Integration works closely with Equity Sales teams, onboarding teams, and middle office teams throughout the request lifecycle.

The Client Integration team operates from various global locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other operations teams and the Equities business to ensure precise and timely onboarding of new clients, aiming for an exceptional client experience. Develop management skills across various topics.
  • Oversee the onboarding configuration of new clients trading Equity products, including cash, synthetics, and listed options. Additionally, assist existing clients with new products and markets within Equities.
  • Engage directly with clients to collect post-execution preferences and thoroughly understand their requirements.
  • Coordinate with multiple global teams across operations, technology, and business to gain a comprehensive understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle for Equities.
  • Proactively monitor newly onboarded clients to ensure they encounter no issues once trading commences by overseeing the client's pilot trade activity for seamless processing.
  • Support new business initiatives and clients alongside the existing team.
Basic Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to apply strong technical skills to develop innovative solutions in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Previous experience with equities (cash or synthetic) products in a middle office, onboarding, or client service-related context.
  • Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all tasks.
  • Understanding of the equities prime and franchise business.
