Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Lexington Airport. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing beverages to brand specifications, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare beverages to brand specifications, including coffee drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse customer base.
  • Beverage Preparation Skills: Ability to prepare beverages to brand specifications, including coffee drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages.
