Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate job performance and provide hands-on training to employees and onboarding partners' personnel.
  • Develop and maintain training documentation and databases.
  • Deliver training courses on topics such as Brazing, Press Safety, Forklift Operation, and other hands-on operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Brazing copper and/or Aluminum.
  • Ability to work with individuals and small groups to coach, mentor, and provide instruction.
  • Proficiency with MS Office-based systems.
  • Attention to detail and meticulous management of required documentation.
