Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance selling, merchandising, and provide feedback as necessary.

Guarantee that all team members uphold a professional appearance in accordance with the company's dress code policy.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Expenses

Safeguard company assets in compliance with LIDS Retail policies.


Develop store schedules and ensure adequate staffing at all times, adhering to wage control guidelines set by the organization.

Follow established procedures for accurate inventory management, including receiving, transferring, price adjustments, and conducting stock counts.

Execute proper documentation and record-keeping in accordance with LIDS Retail policies, while complying with all applicable state and federal regulations.

Open and close the store as necessary, following the procedures outlined in the Operations Policies and Procedures Manual.

Additional Responsibilities

Lead store associates through effective utilization of LIDS Training Programs, setting goals for sales and tasks, and conducting regular follow-ups.

Recruit, mentor, and train store personnel to meet operational objectives and adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Implement the progressive disciplinary process, including verbal and written warnings. Additionally, the Retail Operations Leader executes employment terminations with approval from the District Sales Manager and Human Resources.


Promote compliance among all store associates with established company policies, procedures, and guidelines, particularly regarding the safeguarding of company inventory, funds, and property.

Perform tasks of subordinates as needed.

Engage in communication with employees at all levels within the organization.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge & Skills

A two-year post-secondary education and one year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results while minimizing losses.

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to deliver training content and assess retention effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.

Proficiency in operating a computer and navigating relevant software applications.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Capability to climb ladders and work with hands overhead.

Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.

Willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings.
