POSITION SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and present suitable products and services.
- Build and nurture customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and a steadfast commitment to achieving success daily.
- Collaborate with your agency's team to foster lasting customer connections.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Genuine interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Possession of a Property & Casualty Producers License.
- Possession of a Life & Health Producers License.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
- Proven history of achieving sales targets and quotas is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
