About the Role

RideNow Powersports McDonough is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting leads, delighting our guests, and driving customer loyalty.

We are looking for an exceptional listener with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. If you have experience selling motorcycles and powersports in an e-commerce setting or are knowledgeable about them, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads related to powersports vehicles.
  • Confirm sales appointments and perform follow-up on unsold customers.
  • Respond to internet inquiries promptly with courtesy, honesty, and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through their preferred method of communication.
  • Follow up with unsold prospects daily and maintain contact with sold customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on incoming inventory and utilize software to locate vehicles efficiently.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate customer information in our CRM.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume call center environment (sales-specific).
  • Minimum 1 year experience handling e-commerce sales leads.
  • Previous automotive or powersports internet sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Eleads, is desired.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including exceptional email skills.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality.
  • Professional, pleasant, and friendly demeanor.
  • Willingness to follow up with customers persistently.
  • Internet savvy and great computer skills.
  • Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles.
