About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team at Adam Richmond Safety Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our quality assurance and control processes for our construction project, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client specifications.

As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans, conduct site inspections and audits, collaborate with project managers and engineers, review and approve construction materials and processes, document quality inspections and non-conformance reports, train and mentor site personnel, analyze data and trends related to quality control, participate in project meetings, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding construction quality standards. Additionally, the successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans tailored to the construction project, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to establish quality expectations and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Review and approve all construction materials and processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety certifications.
  • Document and maintain records of quality inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions taken.
  • Train and mentor site personnel on quality control procedures and practices to foster a culture of quality and safety on site.
  • Analyze data and trends related to quality control, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in project meetings to communicate quality issues, updates, and resolutions to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding construction quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
