Job Overview:
A leading designer and manufacturer of innovative plastic-injection molded products seeks a skilled HR Coordinator to join their Kingman, AZ location. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, be a conceptual thinker with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Human Resources Manager in recruitment efforts, including organizing job fairs and other events
• Conduct new hire orientation, process background checks and employment authorization
• Manage internal and external HR inquiries and requests
• Process weekly timekeeping and maintain attendance calendars
• Maintain personnel files and job descriptions
• Develop and implement new hire training programs

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment and employee relations
• Experience with HR/Payroll systems is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
• Honesty, integrity, and confidentiality are essential qualities for this role
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
• A people-oriented team player with effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to apply critical problem-solving skills and work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid vacation.
