Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to assist with surgical operations in a hospital or outpatient surgery center setting. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and nurses with surgical procedures, including preparing the operating room, surgical tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain a sterile environment throughout the surgical procedure.
  • Assist with patient positioning, draping, and other necessary preparations.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment during surgery.
  • Assist with cleaning and disinfecting the operating room after surgery.
  • Transport patients to and from surgery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute Surg Tech experience.
  • Nationally Certified in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA).
  • BLS Certification.
  • Trauma Experience preferred, not required.
  • Travel experience preferred, not required.
