Digital Health Technology Sales Executive

This is a unique opportunity to spearhead our growth in the digital health technologies and digital biomarkers clinical research domain. As a key member of our sales team, you will drive enterprise software sales that incorporate professional services through a SaaS business model. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a business plan for entering this market, both directly selling and through partnerships. You will own the entire sales process, from identifying and qualifying leads to engaging prospects and closing deals. On the partnership side, you will leverage your network to identify and secure key partnerships with major players in digital studies. You will also work closely with product marketing to bring new products and services to this market and contribute significantly to the company's continued growth.
Responsibilities:- Own the sales process for enterprise software and research services into the digital biomarker research market and/or digital health tools.
- Meet or exceed your quota, with a focus on overachieving and being well-compensated for doing so.
- Understand and communicate the value of data in health research.
- Drive enterprise software sales that incorporate professional services through a SaaS business model.
- Execute a sales process focused on developing and progressing sufficient pipeline to accurately forecast sales and meet quotas.
- Effectively engage and collaborate with internal resources to achieve performance goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their needs and aiding in building out their research study strategy.
- Manage and drive revenue through multiple complex go-to-market strategies.
- Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management.
- Provide reports on established KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, communications, or business.
- 5-10 years of experience in a results-oriented sales environment.
- Specific experience developing a network in the digital biomarkers and/or DHT space with a track record of successful sales into this space.
- Experience with health research methodologies, digital health technologies, and digital clinical trials with additional expertise in the opportunities digital biomarkers offer to researchers.
- Demonstrated success in B2B enterprise software sales that incorporate professional services through a SaaS business model.
- Track record of achieving metrics and KPIs and meeting business targets.
- Demonstrable critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Highly-skilled in CRM usage for pipeline management.
- Proven background in B2B sales at a fast-growing technology/SaaS company, working closely with marketing and product teams.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of disparate information, qualitative and quantitative, and distill them for different audience segments in clear and effective ways.
- Strong interpersonal skills, operating with high levels of humility, empathy, and integrity, and willing to put team above self, acting like a leader in all situations.
- Strong bias to action with an ability to quickly prioritize.
- Works well under deadlines and tight schedules and isn't intimidated by dealing with large problem spaces.
