Senior Product Manager, Ecommerce Growth

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to join our US TikTok Shop User Growth team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users/customers worldwide.
Responsibilities- Lead the development of our user acquisition strategy for the US market, including team management, roadmap planning, OKR setting, competitor research, and incentive or traffic growth strategy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive core metrics, including new customer acquisition, repurchase rate, average order value, and more.
- Design and implement incentive strategies to increase user conversion rates, working closely with the Recommendation Algo team, paid ads team, and creator marketing team.
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve the best ROI solutions, allocating resources between projects to drive global growth.
- Explore revenue growth strategies on the seller side, such as co-budgeting, co-promotion, and incentive design, to improve the User Growth team budget ROI.
- Utilize internal, external, and HQ resources to drive key metrics, including new customer acquisition, repurchase rate, average order value, and more.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Ecommerce or Product in a technology company.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing incentive and subsidy strategies to onboard new customers to a marketplace.
- 5+ years of experience focused on commerce ecosystems, preferably in user growth, promotional tools, user experiences, and more.
- 3+ years of experience managing product teams.
- Strategic and logical thinker with adequate planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to lead a data-driven team, capable of in-depth data interpretation, and highly data-sensitive.
- Passionate about understanding user demands with different cultural backgrounds and excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment.
