Position Summary

This role is pivotal in managing the scheduling and monitoring of customer shipments, along with the overall management of fleet operations and safety protocols.

Compensation Range: $44,200 - $55,300 based on experience

Shift Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the scheduling, prioritization, and management of customer orders and shipments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, wash, repair, NPPC facilities, carriers, and rendering facilities.
  • Proactively address and resolve supply chain issues affecting customer shipments.
  • Ensure compliance of deliveries and customer equipment with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and files as required by customers.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in multi-compartment tanker transportation; familiarity with concrete admixtures is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
