Job Title: Outpatient Driver

Sunrise Vista Behavioral Hospital is seeking a skilled Outpatient Driver to join our team. As an Outpatient Driver, you will play a critical role in providing transportation services to patients, ensuring their safe and timely arrival to and from programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport patients to and from programming, adhering to established routes and schedules.
  • Develop and maintain efficient transportation routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
  • Collaborate with the patient and treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document services provided, adhering to state, joint commission, and CARF accreditation requirements.
  • Complete all required safety and education courses to maintain employment.
Requirements:
  • 21 years or older
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED
  • Higher education preferred in the human services field
  • One (1) year of experience in the healthcare field
  • State Driver's License in good standing without infractions
  • CPR certification within 30 days of employment
  • Handle with Care certification within 30 days of employment
  • Food Safe Certification
