  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information.
  • Work closely with the team leader to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as produce, meat, and dairy, to ensure seamless execution of prepared foods programs.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and initiatives, and communicate this information to the team.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of prepared foods products.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 18+ months retail team member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
