Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement geotechnical projects, including analysis, reporting, and field exploration.
- Prepare project proposals and reports, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Supervise projects throughout design and construction phases.
- Conduct field inspections and investigations.
- Provide advanced geotechnical engineering solutions.
- Ensure continuous quality enhancement on projects.
- Adhere to site safety protocols.
- Perform a variety of geotechnical engineering analyses and studies.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients.
- Respond to requests for geotechnical services.
- Support departmental needs as required.
- Must possess an MS or PhD in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering.
- Proficient in geotechnical analysis and software applications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
- Experience in heavy civil infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.
