We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join our team based out of our Tampa, FL location.

Responsibilities

The Field Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and guidance to project teams
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans
  • Ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery

This role requires extensive travel within the region to gain real-world construction engineering and management experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BS degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) or Construction Management
  • Sound technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commercial instincts and a get-it-done attitude
  • Ability to meet hectic and changing schedules and deadlines
  • Extensive travel up to three years

Additional Information

Salary Range: $60,000 - $88,000 per year
