Sodexo is currently seeking a Nutrition Services Manager to oversee clinical nutrition operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring quality care and nutrition services are delivered effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes:

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
  • Oversee clinical nutrition and meal service programs
  • Deliver direct patient care across various units
  • Lead Performance Improvement and Quality Management initiatives

  • Provide training and support to food service staff and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Act as the primary liaison with medical and nursing staff, representing the department in hospital-wide committees

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who:
  • Are Registered Dietitians with experience in acute care settings and possess a strong clinical knowledge base
  • Have demonstrated supervisory or management experience
  • Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Are familiar with regulatory accreditation and maintaining standards of care
  • Are passionate about enhancing the patient experience for the populations we serve

What We Offer:

While the budgeted range for this position is available, salary offers are tailored based on individual qualifications.


Qualifications:
Education:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as outlined by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24, a Bachelor's degree with the same requirements is acceptable.

Credentials:

Must meet eligibility criteria for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and achieve registration within 120 days of hire. State certification/licensure may be required at the time of hire.


Management Experience:

A minimum of 13 months of experience in supervising and directing personnel and resources to achieve specific outcomes within designated timeframes.


Functional Experience:

At least three years as a seasoned practitioner capable of working independently and providing professional guidance to developing practitioners.
