Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will provide expert nutrition care to patients and families in long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective nutrition care
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and families on healthy eating habits and nutrition

Qualifications

  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
  • Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred)
