Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at LHC Group. As an Account Executive - Home Health, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales strategy to increase market share through key account development, prospecting, and call frequency.
  • Plan and execute effective sales calls to identify and meet the needs of referral communities and clearly communicate the features and benefits of LHC Group.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive a vision of growth by focusing every team member on the needs and expectations of referral communities and patients.
  • Responsible for all sales administration duties, including Playmaker, CRM, expense entry compliance, BOA, payroll time sheets, and timely cell phone and email correspondence.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills required.
  • Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
