Vascular Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales objectives and grow market share for Vascular products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide product training and education to customers to ensure they have a deep understanding of our Vascular products and their benefits.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and finance, to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, biology, or healthcare.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and sales growth.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
- Sales experience in medical devices, capital equipment sales, or surgical sales.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and the medical device market.
- Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel.
- Strong business planning and presentation skills.
