Job Summary:

Intermountain Health is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Logan Regional Hospital. As a key member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and successful operative procedure.

About the Role:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $23.25-$35.89 per hour, with a 40-hour weekly schedule. The ideal candidate will have basic life support certification and completion of an accredited Operating Room Technician program or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure room and equipment meet sterilization criteria
  • Maintain a sterile field and safe environment
  • Recognize and address sharps and fire safety processes
  • Prepare room and instruments for procedures
  • Assist surgical staff during procedures
  • Clean room after procedures and prepare for next patient
Requirements:
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
  • Completion of an accredited Operating Room Technician program or equivalent experience
  • Able to take assigned call
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active National Certification as an OR Tech in Surgery or Certified Surgical Technologist
  • Experience working in a hospital or military surgical services setting
