Job Title: Quality Manager

The Quality Manager plays a pivotal role in the organization's success by driving the development, improvement, and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS). This position is responsible for leading quality activities to support achieving company targets and making recommendations to management regarding improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track, investigate, and correct Quality incidents
  • Support multiple sites and coordinate projects among the other quality members in the region
  • Champion initiatives that identify risk and drive closure of recommendations to reduce identified risks
  • Provide leadership and direct support to quality activities for storage conditions, product handling, kitting, labeling, and distribution operations
  • Design and maintain quality programs, including QA plans, inspection procedures, work instructions, training, deviation investigations, facility mapping, and validation projects
  • Manage and analyze data from customers and internal sources as input for problem-solving and communicate/report to appropriate personnel
  • Develop and design irreversible corrective actions for known problems
  • Use established problem-solving techniques to reduce process variation
  • Manage quality processes and reports
  • Champion Lean engineering goals
  • Aid in developing, implementing, and maintaining a Lean culture within the organization using a hands-on approach in order to provide input on processes from a quality perspective
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Quality System
  • Report to Management on the effectiveness of the Quality System
  • Generate, interpret, analyze, and communicate results using management tools, graphs, and reports; actively coach the organization concerning quality with tools and reports
  • Act as a role model for all associates and adhere to the company core values
  • Exercise supervisory authority over employees in the Quality group
Requirements:
  • 10 years of Quality Management Experience
  • ISO standards ISO 9001
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality, Industrial, Process)
