Position Overview

This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional care to members of the Kaiser Permanente Dental Care Plan within the regulations of the Oregon and Washington State Dental Boards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced dental equipment, including high-speed lathes and handpieces, to create prosthetic appliances.
  • Employ semi-adjustable and fully adaptable articulators to ensure precision in prosthetic design.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of oral anatomy, including mandibular movements and interarch relationships.
  • Guide laboratory personnel in assessing the functionality of prosthetic devices.
  • Accurately capture impressions that reflect proper freeway space and centric occlusion.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess the skills necessary to provide high-quality prosthetic care and will be expected to exercise independent judgment in clinical situations. This role also involves mentoring and supervising clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of top-tier member care.
