- Calendar Management: Oversee and coordinate executives' calendars, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Document Management: Generate reports, memos, letters, and various documents utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
- Meeting Facilitation: Plan and organize meetings, which includes drafting agendas, reserving meeting spaces, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Record Maintenance: Ensure files are organized and easily accessible, both in physical and digital formats.
