Job Overview

Top Stack is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Support audits and tax filings as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
