The Quality Assurance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that our projects adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position is essential for maintaining compliance with established guidelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive fire protection and life safety strategy.
  • Verify that all work aligns with project plans and technical specifications.
  • Oversee the maintenance of all construction-related documentation.
  • Assess and approve submittals, shop drawings, and material samples.
  • Conduct on-site inspections of construction processes.
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations for change orders.
  • Compile detailed reports and manage special assignments.
  • Deliver daily Quality Assurance updates.
  • Facilitate coordination between contractors and laboratory teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient understanding of medical design standards.
  • Familiarity with Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) and Environmental Management Safety protocols.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze technical drawings and specifications.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a medical facility environment.
