Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate all shipping and receiving documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage the inventory management system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.
  • Perform safety audits to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Lead the warehouse team to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for the security of the warehouse and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Work overtime and weekends as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
  • Train new team members on warehouse procedures and policies.
  • Motivate employees to perform their best and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Assist the lead in the department and may fill in for him/her if absent.
  • Assist the materials coordinator and may fill in for him/her if absent.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
