Job Title: Clinical Coordinator RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Coordinator RN to join our team at Merit Health Central. As a Clinical Coordinator RN, you will play a vital role in the daily functional management of our nursing unit operations, services, and measured results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support service functions and activities aligned with unit patient care objectives.
  • Manage the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Nurse Manager/Director to develop and implement unit policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) with relevant experience.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Experience in behavioral health nursing is preferred.
