Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the installation of vinyl siding materials, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Crew Supervision: Lead and manage a team of vinyl siding installers, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all work meets the company's quality standards, and identify and address any issues promptly.
  • Safety Management: Ensure that all crew members are aware of and comply with company safety policies and procedures, and report any incidents or near-misses to the Head of Field Operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain all equipment in good working order, and report any malfunctions to the Head of Field Operations.
  • Training and Development: Cross-train in other areas of the business to expand knowledge and expertise, and provide training and guidance to junior team members.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain regular and predictable attendance, and be available to work overtime as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in vinyl siding installation, with a proven track record of leading a team and managing projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, often times more, and work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.
