BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive care to patients in their homes throughout Atlantic County, New Jersey.

Job Overview

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing services to adults and geriatric patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions to help patients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Accurately document patient progress and outcomes.
Requirements
  • A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in New Jersey.
  • Possess a certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association, or have equivalent educational requirements and work experience.
  • Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
